The elements which follow were the subject of the drafting and the presentation of a protocol of research submitted to the Committee of Protection of the People in the Biomedical Search for Nimes (CCPPRB).

Interest of the study led in the service of the ` functional Explorations of the nervous system and Acupuncture, multi-field Consultations of the douleur', Head of Department D PRAT, in the Hospital complex and University of Nimes-Montpellier. .

The tests mainly checked the therapeutic benefit, in the human being, of a innovating device, the BMN® in conformity with the criteria of the French pharmacopeia, Européenne and respecting the international standards, that is to say:
 

q      To exclude the intradermal, intramuscular needles or under cutaneous in   pharmacopuncture.

q      To have a miniaturized device, handy, where the pain is decreased by the low diameter of the needles, material of the tank and its volume adapted to the low diameters of this needle making it possible to eliminate the painful phenomena from overpressure at the time of the injection.   

q      At the same time to cumulate, in the same gesture, the treatment by acupuncture and the contribution of micro amounts of selected active product according to pathology.

q      To notably reduce the quantity of remedies for the same affection thanks to a better report/ratio proportions of active product on effectiveness: each depression of the tank ensuring the injection in loco, only of the 2 or 3 drops stored beforehand in this one.

q      To equitably distribute the total volume of the bulb of drug into micro amounts of equal volume.

q      To locally bring micro amounts of drug allowing a more precise saturation of the membrane receivers, and it avoids the hepatic way thus.

q      To test the reliability of the pharmacopuncture BMN®, in other words, to check that it makes it possible to aspire, to store, restore 2 or 3 drops of drug thanks to its qualities intrinsic and functional, in all harmlessness.
